Which parts of Brisbane do you cater to?+
We cater across Brisbane city, the northside, western suburbs and bayside — including the CBD, New Farm, Newstead, Hamilton, Ascot, Chermside, The Gap, Samford, North Lakes and Redcliffe. Travel within 20km of our Dayboro base is included; anything beyond is quoted transparently up front.
What does dessert catering in Brisbane typically cost?+
Styled dessert bars start at $495, gelato carts at $755 and custom gumball machines at $195. Most Brisbane clients invest between $895 and $1,800 depending on guest numbers, styling and how many elements they combine.
How do you handle Brisbane summer heat?+
For outdoor and marquee events between October and March we swap heat-sensitive chocolate for heat-stable confectionery, use shaded or air-conditioned placement, and serve gelato from an insulated cart with an attendant so nothing sits out.
Do you supply the table, linen and signage?+
Yes. Our dessert bar packages include styling props, jars, stands, linen and custom signage. If your venue supplies a table, we'll style theirs — just let us know at quoting stage.
How far ahead should I book?+
Weddings and peak-season events (October to April) are best booked 3–6 months ahead. Smaller parties and corporate functions can often be accommodated with 3–4 weeks' notice.
